The compactness is what distinguishes Plus Kompact line ovens and makes them perfect for every kitchen, even the smallest. They are only 51 cm wide but can assure professional performances.

Plus Kompact line ovens are available with mechanical control panel or touchscreen control, from 4 up to 11 levels GN 2/3 or GN 1/1.
Touchscreen model are equipped with probe core and automatic washing system standard, they can store up to 300 recipes with 6 steps each.
